For 9 years I have been building and optimising business processes. I worked at some of Russia's largest enterprises: DNS, OZON and Azbuka Vkusa.

After moving to Uzbekistan I founded the development studio EndCode, and later AI LAB, an AI lab for business optimisation. Our clients include IT Park Uzbekistan, Ipoteka Bank, Belissimo Pizza and others.

I have trained more than 1000 people to use AI technologies effectively at work. In August 2025 we were named among the most influential AI companies in Uzbekistan by AICA and Yuksalish.
