About me, briefly

For 9 years I have been building and optimising business processes. I worked at some of Russia's largest enterprises: DNS, OZON and Azbuka Vkusa.

I have trained more than 1000 people to use AI technologies effectively at work. In August 2025 we were named among the most influential AI companies in Uzbekistan by AICA and Yuksalish.

After moving to Uzbekistan I founded the development studio EndCode, and later AI LAB, an AI lab for business optimisation. Our clients include IT Park Uzbekistan, Ipoteka Bank, Belissimo Pizza and others.

I combine 3 key strengths: effective communication with people, deep experience managing business processes and a technical background. I know how to build AI automation that delivers measurable results instead of just burning a company's resources.

  • 34 projects — mobile apps, internal automation, CRMs and websites; clients from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, the UAE, Europe and the USA
  • Launched the studio from scratch after moving to Uzbekistan: sales, hiring and the full development cycle from business requirements and UX/UI design through to build and release
  • Managed a team of 25+ in-house people plus outsourced teams: business analysts, designers, project managers, developers, QA engineers and more
  • Official FlutterFlow Expert status. Stack: Flutter, FlutterFlow, Firebase, Supabase. AI LAB grew out of the studio — a shift from custom development to embedding AI into client processes

  • Cut the time to hand over online orders across the chain by 40% with an order pre-picking system
  • Built and scaled an automated workforce management system, lifting output by 10%
  • Reduced time to value from 1.5 months to 2 weeks by moving the team to Scrum
